okkayy well my i bought bejeweled 2 and download AIM and they worked for a while and i plunged it in for once before.

It seems that about the time we get all of our devices working properly with no configuration problems with our Windows Operating System, they make another Windows System which messes up all our stuff. Our printers, faxes, External Devices, etc. wont work with the new Vista. Each Windows Operating System requires the proper drivers to work properly. You'll need to check with the manufacture of each of your devices and see if the device is compatible with Windows Vista. If so, hopefully they'll be able to help you with the correct software and drivers that you'll need. It's a cruel world out there...Good Luck with your project. Larry.

well if you have not got Vista already then I would suggest you do some serious research into vista, this months (June) Maximum PC magazine (which is a widows magazine for games) is telling it's readers not to install Vista for the next 12 months so take their advice and don't get Vista

ussually it depends on how up-tech your computer is, for bejeweld you may not need a high video card or memory space, but you can try doing this, open my documents: look in the top scroll bar: go to disk drive: in there you should find the game and install it from there. in the installer you can probally make a shortcut for the desktop. if problems continue yur disk drive may be vrokeen, yur computer is "up-to-date", or the disk isnt recognized on yur computer software EX. high tech and new games wont ussually run on Windows 95. you may have to contact customer support. hope this helps =)

So, the virus is/located in the bejeweled 2 game that my dell computer came with.. At least that's what AVG said. I tried to remove it, but it told me that by doing that, i risked my computer crashing or damaging it. So I got malwarebytes, rebooted into safe mode and it won't detect it. No need to worry! There is NO virus! AVG and other anti-virus software think games like Bejeweled 2, brickblaster, and iWin games are viruses/malware, when they're not. Ignore those warnings.

I'd definately reccomend GTA Chinatown Wars (basically the same as the DS and PSP versions which were 18s only with different conrtrols) and World at War Zombies (basically Call of Duty World at Wat Nazi Zombies only with different controls) they are both very good games, chinatown wars

Aside from associating games with kids, maybe they are confused about the ESRB ratings. Like the Sims 2 is rated for Teens, --- but all that means is that it contains materials that teens and adult are more likely to understand than wee little children A) who do not know the importance of avoiding a social worker, B) the importance of life goals (according to personality). C) Engineering of beautiful homes. D) fill in the blank with whatever :)
I'm sure any of the nongamers will watch a G rated Disney movie or a PG rated movie (also rated for teens) with enjoyment. And some that have computers now never thought they'd bother to own one ten years ago.
About twentyfive years ago, the geekoids of the computer world were pretty sure that home computers would never hit off -- and of course, they were prohibitively expensive then.
If you're a member of the Sims 2 Official website, there is even a (retired) female medical doctor (who also has helped manage the BBS) that has stories in her blog about what it takes to get through medical school -- which she shares for her many young readers.

I carry a dagger (dont' ask) and i was taking a long trip and i had to stop at a reststop. I used the bathroom and had to take off my dagger and balance it on the back of the toilet. After i was finished doing my business, l left it in the bathroom. It is about 9 1/2 in. long. and it it bejeweled on the handle. Please if anyone has seen it please contact me. Thanks!

I believe Windows 7 will be compatible. There is an XP mode which is a virtualization feature that can open XP applications on Windows 7, so I'm sure all your old applications will install and run smoothly. This XP mode is available only in 7 Professional, Enterprise, and Ultimate editions. Also, keep in mind that your computer must support processor-based virtualization.

I believe Windows 7 will be compatible. There is an XP mode which is a virtualization feature that can open XP applications on Windows 7, so I'm sure all your old applications will install and run smoothly. This XP mode is available only in 7 Professional, Enterprise, and Ultimate editions. Also, keep in mind that your computer must support processor-based virtualization.

I just got a new HP desktop, great specs all around, except the video card. It's apparently an integrated video chip (Nvidia Geforce 6150SE nForce430) I'm having trouble running games from Bejeweled 2 to Warcraft 3. Why are these games so slow?
Ok so I got some casual games for the computer like bejeweled 2 and Charma and both of them slow down when there are sparkles on the screen(like shiny things) hope you get what I mean. I mean it is a laptop but I can play some other games like company of heroes on low settings so I know it's powerful enough. It's just when there are shiny stuff on screen. Any help? Why is AVG not letting my some pogo games run?

Alright.. So, I was wrong. I did another scan through the free AVG. I have a virus D: It says the object name is: C:/Program Files (x86)\WildTangent\Dell Games\Bejeweled 2 Deluxe\wtmui_zh-cn\bejeweled2.exe But, when I try and remove it, it says it could damage the computer's stability (or something like that) or even crash it. IPad 2 or Asus Transformer Prime?
I am 14 years old and I want one of these but I can not decide which one I want. I love playing facebook games like Farmville, Cityville, Bejeweled Blitz ECT. I want to be able to buy games also. I travel a lot. I want to be able to do amazing things with the product. I want a fast Tablet and not laggy. I also love music. (I have a Zune HD). What tablet do you think is best for me? Braid - This platformer is similar to other side scrollers except for the fact that you have to manipulate time to solve some of the puzzles.
Geometry Wars (any version) - This is a pretty simple schmup but it's addictive.
Castle Crashers - A great beat em up in general. If you liked the art style of Alien Homonid, you will enjoy this title.It's even better when you get three other people to join you for even more awesome action.
Uno - Who doesn't like Uno?
Xbox Originals - There are a number of games worth downloading here

Fable - If you haven't played this game but have played it's sequel you should check it out. While it's not as detailed as Fable II, it's still an amazing game (plus the final boss isn't as lame as Fable II's).
BLACK - This is a great shooter IMO. This game can be quite difficult if you don't know what you're doing.
Halo - Need I say more
Jade Empire - Did you like Mass Effect or Star Wars: KotoR? Then you more than likely will enjoy this game.

Go to Start, Control Panel and Sound to see if you might have muted the PC somehow.
Not to make you sound stupid either, but check to make sure your sound system is plugged into the PC if you have external speakers and that they are on and volume up.
If you do have a base speaker, look on that to see if you have the sound cranked down for some reason. Hope this helps.

theres a large combination of things that could be causing this problem:
make sure your speakers are plugged in, connected properly and turned on
open you sound card menu, or volume properties and make sure the "wave" sound level is around 85-90%, that mute is off and that the actual volume is at the desirable level. i've had the same problem when i got a new sound card that i was slowly figuring out how to use, i finaly found out that the "wave" level was turned all the way down. good luck!!!nail polish

Is Wild Tangent games actually spyware?
I have a new gateway laptop and it came preloaded with some wild tangent games like bejeweled 2 deluxe, etc. I was wondering if it's safe to play these games from wild tangent. Can you recommend computer games I might enjoy?
I have never been good at video games, so I usually don't play. I recently discovered 2 games on my computer that I can't get enough of: Bejeweled 2 and the card game Hearts. What other games do you recommend that I try?Can you recommend computer games I might enjoy?

I would recommend 'The Sims' from EA games. It's not difficult and you could play it at your own pace. Basically, you get to control this character on their various activities from sleeping to working. Runescape is free forever until you upgrade to a members account, which is 5 US dollars a month. My whole family has a character on this game.
World of Warcraft is free for 10 days and then it's 14 us dollars a month. Pre-paid game cards are at Wal-mart and game-stop.
Both of these are kid friendly, just keep in mind that other people are playing also, so what you hear isn't any different than what you might hear at a ballgame or other place in public.
If you like those games, you'll love addictinggames.com and zone.com. Those two sites are filled with games just like those, especially zone.com.

I don't think Bejewelled 2 was ever free. I think there is an online version of the game (less levels, less options) that is available for free playing.
In today's standards, what is the best video card for my 2-yr old Compaq Presario SR1810NX PC?
AMD Sempron 3200++, 1.5GB RAM, 100GB HD. After adding a few upgrades last year I thought I would not need a graphics card installed since the board already has an integrated 256MB video chip. But lately, I noticed just how slow its performance had become (that I had to keep restarting my PC before I could continue on my work). The funny thing is, the only games I play are Bejeweled 2 and Spider Solitaire, yet I could not have fun longer than an hour because either programs freezes by then. Buying a new system is not an option here. I just want to know what video card works well with it and if it could indeed improve the performance? Maxing out its memory needs may be good but I am more interested on the system's ability to multi-task between my graphics and other productivity programs installed (and running). Any ideas? HP customer care won't answer my inquiries if I don't buy from their store for this upgrade. What card works well and where can I get it? Heels are less than 1/2 size to big?

Well, I prefer 'Grand Theft Auto 4' because you can just drive around and run people down, or snipe cops from a rooftop. If I play a game where I have to really follow a story line, I get pissed when I lose and just get more stressed! GTA is good because you can do missions but also just do your own thing.

Well, I prefer 'Grand Theft Auto 4' because you can just drive around and run people down, or snipe cops from a rooftop. If I play a game where I have to really follow a story line, I get pissed when I lose and just get more stressed! GTA is good because you can do missions but also just do your own thing.

hmm a download? did you do a search for the install program or did you just delete it. whenever i download something i save all the install programs in a file on my desktop and then copy them to disc. if you have the base program you can always update it, but once that install program is gone..it's done. have you checked your programs file? it might still be ther and able for you to re-download it or reinstall it that way...

I having trouble installing bejewel 2 on my window 7 computer?
Well i was trying to install bejewel 2 to my computer and a directx setup boxx come up and tells me to agree so i can install but as it starts to install compontents a Error box pop up and its says "Directx setup An internal system error occurred. Please refer to DXError.log and Directx.log in yyour windows folder to determine problem." I was wondering if it had to do with aything having to do with directx 11 cause i have directx11. I want to install this game realllllly bad but i don't know how to. PLease if anyone can help that would KICKASS. OO yea also this computer can run call of duty pretty well so im thinking its not anything to do with the graphic card HAHA yea i suck at computerI having trouble installing bejewel 2 on my window 7 computer?
If the directx is trying to install from the disk that bejeweld 2 came on it is probably an older version. It is also possible that you have a 64 bit version of Win 7 and it is trying to install the 32 bit version of DirectX. See if during the install it allows you to bypass or cancel the DirectX install and just install the game.

Visual disturbances after playing "Bejewelled 2 Deluxe" - Has anyone else had this problem?
For some time I've been playing 'Bejewelled 2 Deluxe', which is described by its publishers as "one of the most addictive games ever".
However, I find that if I play for more than 15 to 20 minutes, I get a 'persistence of vision' - like a mental photograph of the game screen.
If I close my eyes, or look into a dark area, I can still see the game screen as if it were burnt into my eyes/mind. This lasts for many hours and often, I can still see the image next morning.
If I leave the game alone for a few days, the effect wears off, but if I play again, the effect returns.
It's really annoying because I quite enjoy playing, but when it interferes with my vision, it gets to be a problem.

As a kid, one little optical illusion that was popular in books I read was to stare at an image for several minutes then stare at a blank wall to see the negative image in the wall. Since Bejeweled is mainly a static image with the gems changing, it's reasonable that something like this would happen, especially if you play in a dark room.
What is weird is the fact you're seeing it for several hours after. Usually the effect fades away after 5 or 10 minutes. I would highly suggest going to your local optometrist or family doctor to look into this, as having this persistence of vision for such a length of time seems a bit weird.
