How to get rid of a Trojan virus?

I scanned my computer with AVG Free and a threat named Bejeweled 2 Deluxe located in my Program Files popped up. It says it's a Trojan horse Agent_r.ANM and it won't let me delete it. Any suggestions?How to get rid of a Trojan virus?

run malwarebytes on full
you don't need to go to safe mode ; and to get rid of that avg junk and use avast you must use their removal tool
